Normally I love to make wall quilts.  This is my first and most likely my only hand quilted bed quilt.  Time will tell.  I love to hand quilt and enjoyed making this one.  Each plain block represents a month of the year.  The quilting designs are my own.  The color blocks were done by stacking blocks of fabric, cutting and sewing different colors together...stack and slash..sort of.  It took many months to make this quilt.  The top was done quickly, but the hand quilting took many months.  Finished for my son and daughter-in-law.
